I had an exceptional experience at Strickland Brothers when I went in for an oil change. Firstly, they gave me a warm welcome and handed me a cold bottle of water on a hot sunny day. Secondly, they took me in right away, made the right recommendations that saved me money and promptly got me out so I can go on with my day.
