Had oil changed on 6/22 on 7/1 noticed oil in driveway took a closer look today had oil on filter got under vehicle filter was loose. I have noticed a high turnover at the store in Stockbridge this year which in my opinion has led to some serious inexperience. I will have to find another location with more knowledgeable employees. Maybe one with the radio not quite so loud.
It took 3 visits to get my emissions done. Each time it was a different excuse. This last time even though the only vehicle in the emissions lane I was informed I must wait 10 minutes for the computer to boot up.
I came up on 2/10/2024 for an oil change. I came around and waited for about 10-15 mins before I was told to move over to a different lane. There were about three or four other cars behind me. The lane I was in had one car ahead of me and the car in the bay was just getting ready to leave. When he told me to move over, I told him I was there first and had been waiting for 10-15 mins and I should be going to the lane where the other car was getting ready to pull out. Tech left oil all around the fill cap area that dripped on exhaust manifold. Oil was not wiped up around oil filter. Also my skid cover is missing a fastener. I will not return!
Rudest owner I have ever encountered. I’m glad he showed his a*# before he touched my car. I will never, ever be going back. I hope you don’t either.
Great place to get an oil change and my car serviced. Every employee that I have dealt with at this has been “Top Notch” and very polite and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Brad while I was there and I can see why this location is so well ran. Brad was a pleasure to talk to and I was highly impressed with his services and operation. I will be back with all my vehicles.
