It’s cost a lot more than what I’m used to paying at that location. And it took longer than what I’m used to, i waited longer than I’ve waited before when it was another company

The store was nice and clean and the service was fine. However I had an issue with a technician that did not tell me the truth. I specifically asked if the tires were checked he said everything checked out OK. After my truck was pulled from the service bay I againI asked Point blank if he did in fact gauge tires and he said no. The fact is he lied. I do not mind that they did not gauge the tires as part of the $165 service. I do mind that I ask very clearly about the gauging of the tires and was a lied too. No other way to ... read more
