The manager was rude. All the workers have been nice to me but this man decided he wanted to negotiate an oil change. I hope the extra money was worth it because I won’t be back. Not really able the money, but how I was treated.

I would have given this place 5 stars but I was LIED to. I have gone to Strickland before and it’s been good.. pricey but good. There is a new manager and he greeted me and was very friendly, said he was new to the area blah blah blah. There was a car beside me and the manager was talking to her about this stabilizer they were going to use to fix her up with it. I didn’t think anything of it. The guy working on my car said ‘hey! The prices has been raised way high……
Prices to high and service no good I will not go back and I don't advise anyone else to go there and it took longer than anyone else would have I will not be back
The price increase is pretty ridiculous. I was informed of it before service started on my vehicle but I didn't really have time to get in anywhere else. It may seem trivial but it felt like they pulled my car through the garage without stopping. Almost to the point I was suspicious if they even did anything at all. Took out the coffee and soda in the waiting area. You're over all getting less for more.
I will never go back there again. I was charged 46.00 for an air filter. I looked on Amazon other stores charged only 20.00 for my car. I’m a 70 year old woman that was taken advantage of. I will never recommend this store again. I came out if there paying 96.00 for an oil change. Ridiculous. But you live and learn.
