The worker that greeted us was very nice and answered all my questions . I was even surprised when he said that he has a coupon that would make the oil change cheaper . He was very polite and knowledgeable .

Good customer service but forgot a screw on the bottom plate of my car. Had to leave work early and miss an appointment to get back to the location to have it fixed.
