They said ten miuts and ten minutes it was. Everything was so coordinated among the employees and the service was comprehensive - all fluids checed and filled, tires and battery checked, wipers, reset the maintenance schedule, replaced the cabin and air filters. If I had gone to Toyota, it would have cost me $500-800, maybe more, I would have had to wait much longer and possibly be without a vehicle for an entire day. I will return for my next oil change to Strickland!
