The guys were very informative. They took the time to give me options on oil filters. They explained that oil plug was cross-threaded and that I should get a new oil pan.

White Bear was Very Kind and Helpful! I got there a couple of minutes before the “cutoff” for last vehicle and he couldn’t have been nicer! After my last experience at Jiffy Lube couple years ago, they’re history and Woodland Park’s Strickland Brothers is my new place for service.
