I asked about the condition of my oil plug, and I was told it was partially stripped and that a few bolts were missing to hold the plastic underside in place. I was told that I need to replace my oil pan to fix the oil plug problem. I've been bringing my car to you guys regularly for an oil change, so I don't think I should be held responsible to fix the oil plug problem or replace the missing bolts for the underside plastic shield. Please respond.

I pulled up garage door went up I pulled in, oil went out oil went in... Was done very fast and efficiently had great music to listen to and was even given a water while I waited
