I had my annual car inspection done. Hey were busy but I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Staff was nice but didn’t seem to be concerned about how long customers were waiting. I was there for an hour and a half to get an oil change and car inspected . Even though I was getting more than oil change and knew it would longer than the 10min that is advertised everywhere on the property I didn’t think it would take that long.

Cedric assisted me but in box below you can only pick Samantha. I was low on oil but it wasn’t leaking and without me saying anything Cedric explained to me my oil was dark which indicated sludge and recommended treatment and explained the process of why and how to correct it. My car is now running so smooth I can hardly hear the motor. Strickland Brothers in Smithfield will be the only place I take our vehicles. PS.
