Cedric assisted me but in box below you can only pick Samantha. I was low on oil but it wasn’t leaking and without me saying anything Cedric explained to me my oil was dark which indicated sludge and recommended treatment and explained the process of why and how to correct it. My car is now running so smooth I can hardly hear the motor. Strickland Brothers in Smithfield will be the only place I take our vehicles. PS. My previous oil change was done at a near by T5 and they didn’t inform me of sludge they just said they wo... read more

The 3 men that serviced our car today were efficient .They also checked tire pressure on the car which last time we went to have the oil changed they didn’t do that.

I was disappointed in the fact they stated there were things done that actually were not performed; ie: checking wiper blades, checking washer fluid. What in the heck is the $2.50 fee for shop supplies? One of the employees stayed on his phone pretty much the whole time I was there.
