Dr. Heffernan is awesome. I finally found a dentist that understands what gentle dentistry is all about. Everyone in the office was friendly, caring and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist. Cindy fixed two of my teeth that I chipped. No pain at all. They are very qualified and I didn't have to worry at all. All the latest technology and equipment. My previous dental practice could take a lesson from this team. Thanks everyone at Strongville Dental.

Staff is friendly and makes sure you are comfortable. They tell you everything they are doing and why.
Dr. T and the staff is really great especially Rosie and Cindy.They explain everything they are going to do before they start and let you view your photos and xrays.I even got to watch my crown being created right in the office! Highly recommended.
Dana, my dental tech did a superb job in attaching two permanent crowns for me. It went very well and she had assistance from Nancy and another person I think Lisa. And of course Dr T. They are all true professionals.
The assistant and dentist were both kind and listened to me. They explained everything very well and made me comfortable. I appreciated the great care. :)
This was my first time to Strongsville Dental and it's always scary to change dentists. But Nancy took great care of me and took time to explain everything she was doing and seeing. The technology is wonderful but the patient and thorough staff even better. The doctor also took time to explain all my options and my treatment plan. So far so good I think I made the right choice with Strongsville Dental Assoc!
