Perfect visit
Wonderful Experience! Rosie has a way of making your visit painless and comfortable. I have had the same procedures done previously and would wind up on the couch for a day in excruciating pain. Not with Rosie. Highly recommend Strongsville Dental!
Perfect everyone did a great job
The services each of you perform are exceptional. Rosie is such a good hygienist. She is thorough, professional, and attentive to your concerns. I have full faith in Dr. Heffernan's ability to handle any problem I might have with my teeth. He is always very caring and gentle. AND how nice it was to see Phyllis again! She is missed.
Everything was perfect!
I was in from out of town for what was supposed to be just a cleaning and check up. Just days before my scheduled appt, a part of a tooth broke off. In order to make sure I did not leave town with a problem, Dr. Heffernen and Lisa stayed several hours after hours to make sure all worked that needed to be done, was complete. They went well above the standard of care.... Love them !
Happy, friendly and cater to each individual need. I feel comfortable and know I am being well cared for. It's hard to find a dentist and staff who want to make sure your needs are met. I am a happy camper!!
Terrified of the dentist, it's been over 5 years since my last check up. So glad we chose Strongsville Dental Associates. The staff was absolutely amazing and Dr. Theodorou was so reassuring and kind. Many thanks to everyone!
Nancy was my hygienist and did a great job. I was a previous patient before the practice was sold and hadn't been in for awhile but she fixed me up great. I was also excited to see the new technology like using a laser for fillings instead of a drill!
