The engineer and technicians were knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the details for the service needed to correct my garage flooring problem. The work crew worked quickly, cleaning up as they progressed in the job, and offered some advice on other foundational concerns.
This rating is for an initial meeting and estimate for a more detailed structural inspection and repair estimate. So far, so good. I felt comfortable with their level of knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. Although the initial meeting was free, I did not feel rushed. These guys re-sodded my back yard. They did a great jjob. I was able to email them a diagram, measurements and a few pictures. They responded quickly with a detailed quote. Work was complete within a week and it looks great. I texted with the project manager for easy communication to get updates and to coordinate the installation. I would highly recommend them.
They did a marvelous job. I am very happy with the outcome.
I really like working with Mark of Drainage and Erosion Solutions. My initial contact was just for a quote in March. I decided in early June to go forward with a patio project. Of the three vendors I looked at, I went with Drainage and Erosion solutions because I wanted the water coming from my roof to be routed properly since water puddled in my backyard. Pricing was comparable from each vendor and Mark was very available. My only suggestion would be to make sure you do you research on what you want and to ask for samples. ... read more
Canâ  t speak highly enough about the people and work that Structural did for us last year. First of all, Pat, the project manager, listened and took the time to understand/analyze the problem before jumping to solutions. Other companies that gave bids did not do this, and it was obvious they were peddling generic solutions that had nothing to do with mitigating our issues. Horrible customer service, abhorrent subcontractor control, and took two years to finally secure a warranty repair after legal action had been initiated. Zero confidence in this business, with every excuse, cited as to why their repair was fine in the first place. They caused huge structural damage to the walls in their *repairs*.
They were suppose to be here between 8a - 9a. No call about the delay. They already have 5K of my money for the project. Is it me or do most of these firms individually wealthy and don't need the work or are they just lazy and having financial issues. Shuffling my schedule seems to be unfair and grossly inept. If I was back home in NYS, I would be on the line with the AG office.
I contacted them in July of 2018 about my below grade reinforced concrete garage's ceiling being compromised. I told them I wanted a structural engineer to inspect the garage ceiling and write a report so I could stop the water infiltration and repair the ceiling. They sent a project manager named Sal to my house who, upon seeing my garage, said they would need to send their structural engineer. So then they sent their engineer named Santosh.
