I've waited 9 weeks and was told they sent for a P.A. for my upper denture. In fact they said they sent it three times to my insurance. Guess what they didn't send it once to Anthem. I called my insurance company weekly and they never received anything. Everytime I called the Dentist office they said it's been sent and blamed my insurance for the delay. I knew it wasn't my insurance because they've never failed me with my 39 surgeries and getting those approved quickly. I finally went to a different Dentist and it took 3 day... read more
