I've waited 9 weeks and was told they sent for a P.A. for my upper denture. In fact they said they sent it three times to my insurance. Guess what they didn't send it once to Anthem. I called my insurance company weekly and they never received anything. Everytime I called the Dentist office they said it's been sent and blamed my insurance for the delay.
