Excellent communication with the team - both Rachael and Amber were extremely great to work with. Amber was very on top of emailing me whenever I had documents that needed to be uploaded or information to send over.\n\nSpecial shout-out to Rachael with helping me get pre-qualified. She worked with me on a weekend after a very last-minute call from my realtor, and she was very willing to help me out. I was so appreciative of her helping me out in that manner!!
