I have had great experiences with The Crawford Team in the past. I felt like we had fallen off the radar with this refinance. We were left wondering where we were in the process. Everything was great, aside from us wondering what was going on. I know it was a crazy time and you all were super busy, but a different portal for refi so we can see where we are, would have been great! We'll come back, just some feedback from this experience.
