Apart from delays caused by surge to get low interest rate loans, it went well. All the staff were caring and professional. Due to high volumes, the process had bottlenecks, delays, and rework that may or may not be fixable with more resources at the bottleneck points. \n\nThis was our second loan with VIP and we will choose you again if needed.
The Crawford Team worked in a timely manor to get a short close done for my buyer. They were very informative and easy to reach whenever I had a question. They were very pleasant to work with!
Efficiency and professionalism are a given at VIP but they also have warmth and kindness too. They always text or email when you have questions or concerns. Great team. My go too when I buy or sell a house.
