As my team had mentioned on a recent call, they always feel confident after receiving the email about what price range they are approved to shop in & that’s exactly how it went for my client and I in this transaction. We were approved to ship anything up to $350K and we went under contract for 345,500. \nThe only thing is we had an extended close of Escrow and paperwork wasn’t to title until the very last minute. Caused for a little bit of anxiety, but we ended up closing on time! Thank you!!
