We were looking to Refinance our home into a VA loan. it was such a smooth process it was actually scary it went so smooth. Best part was we were just about to go into underwriting and Rachael called me to tell me she can drop my rate another .5 and she could lock me in that day. In the end our rate dropped 1.6%.
