We switched to them in the middle of a transaction as our initial lender wasn't getting things done. By the time we switched, there was only about 2 weeks left until the initial agreed upon closing date. Right away on the first phone call, Breanna helped us get a great rate locked in, which the other lender had failed to do. Through hard work and attention to detail, we only missed the initial closing date by 1 day, even with us being in Minnesota for the last 10 days of the process.
