Having experience in the loan business, and being a Real Estate Broker, I thought a 30 day escrow was an aggressive approach. The Crawford Team did everything they could do to make it happen. It didn’t close in 30 days, but it was due to a lack of communication between the escrow company and the exchange company, not the fault of the Crawford Team. In light of the current uncertainty, it’s amazing that everybody involved was able to get the job done.
