When I searched for hotels close to the airport my first thought was to find one with shuttle available. My flight arrived late and I contacted the hotel to make sure they have shuttle available for me when I arrived. As soon as I was really to go to the hotel, I called and to my surprise there wasn’t any shuttle. I called around 10 pm and “the last one” just left. Nobody came for me and I ended spending more money than I supposed because I have to call an Uber to come and pick me up. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel, ... read more

Impressive breakfast We stayed at the Comfort Inn Arlington Heights between flights. The shuttle to and from the airport was efficient and the hotel was pleasant for our one-night stay. The breakfast selections were impressive with sausage and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit and cereal. There was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. We would stay again.

It was very nice. The only thing the hotel needs to work on is the smell of the room. It had a body Oder smell. Air freshener helped it out.

Staff was very friendly, we were checked in by Erica, initially we got the room in first floor but after I checked in we requested a room in third floor and Erica has made us feel like home and when we were in Chicago the weather was horrible I got bit tensed in the airport shuttle but the shuttle arrived on time and we were in the airport as per our schedule only issue is with the break fast , most up of the items are over by 7AM
