Very quiet rooms. Arlington Heigts road is very busy with lots of big trucks but my room was silent.

We like staying here as it has easy accessibility to expressway and nearby shopping, restaurants and suburbs. It is an older hotel but staff/service/location/price have had us coming back.

No airport shuttle service on a night during a winter storm. Repeated calls to hotel for any information on shuttle weren't answered. Hotel didn't as much as pick up the phone. Had to take a $75 taxi ride to get to the hotel. Other than being stranded for over an hour in a winter storm the hotel was fine.

The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. It would have been nice if they had a restaurant or bar.
