When I checked in I signed a form outlining a $200+ fee for smoking in the room. When I entered the room I was given the window was open about 10 inches on a cold November night and the room smelled of smoke. In addition there was a plastic grocery bag wrapped around the smoke detector. The front desk gave me a new room across the hall. This room had a couch with a hide-a-bed. The reason for my ratings are that the place is under construction. The room was very nice, roomy and clean. There were just a few things left over from prior to renovation that made it a little rough around the edges. Once construction is complete, I am certain all my straight face would transform to smiles.
