I've stayed here several times before. It's an alright, basic hotel and I can't really complain about the cleanliness of the rooms. Compared to the incredibly gross conditions I'd endured at another Comfort Inn, the housekeeping staff here deserves an award. That said, this is still a very basic hotel that's not nearby to any Chicago sights. The self-serve laundry is often out of order and the hotel shuttle only does airport runs (so even if you're only in the area for work, make sure you have a solid plan for getting around... read more

OK for overnight We were unable to access our room and the front desk staff couldn't get in either, so we were moved next door. Room was not that clean. Dark hairs in sink/tub and both of us our blonde.

It was better than expected, friendly staff, good price, room was clean, complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to choose from. Definitely would come again.
