Clean and friendly staff! Breakfast was good. There was a car alarm going off all night in the parking lot. No fault of the staff though.
Shuttle for O'Hare was busy but the driver was helpful and focused. Staff at the hotel was also helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Room was clean - most items in room were like new. Bed was comfortable with crisp linens and more pillows than I could hope to use. Supplies in room were well placed and easy to use. Breakfast was well stocked and presentation was good. I'm a coffee person and theirs with breakfast was GREAT.

It’s actually a good place. Nice value. Bathroom could do some upgrading. Would’ve liked the shower water pressure to be better but still okay. I’d suggest they scrub the tub better. But not the worst. Still a good place to stay for the price
Very friendly staff at both check in and check out and an amazing full breakfast that we really appreciated after being at the Marriott for 3 days! Just wish we could have stayed here during the entire 4 days in Chicago! Only complaint were doors slamming that would wake us.....but no biggie!
I did not like the fire alarm going off at 9pm, however I understand that 2 people got into a fight on the third floor and discharged a fire extinguisher in their scuffle and the police and fire dept were called. While entertaining, I really wanted to sleep
Relación costo-beneficio aceptable El personal amable y el hotel cumplidor, la habitación limpia pero las áreas externas como el elevador les falta limpieza, es un gran plus q ofrezcan desayuno, también es solo cumplidor. Wafles, cereales y pan rico, lo demás como el huevo revuelto incomible. La relación costó-beneficio es buena. Solo no esperes demasiado. No hay caja fuerte en la habitación
