I flew in from the UK, a rough trip as all of my pre-booked disability assitance fell through, causing me to almost miss a non-refindable flight. A very stressful trip. Almost missed the shittle, but Natalie at the front desk went after him to pick me up right before he was scheduled off. Hearing my story and seeing my utter exhaustion, she brought a bucket of ice and bag of popcorn to my room to save me the walk, as I was in severe pain at that point.
