Our experience with Sue Ann Guthman was very good, however the processor was another issue. The processor communication skills was lacking in assisting us. She had no clear instructions, did not reply back to emails, and did not follow up with what she sent. Other than that experience, Team Guthman was good especially Allison Johnson. We appreciate all the help we received. We would recommend them.
