Our experience was very good, however the processor was a negative because she was lacking in her communication skills in assisting us. There was no clarification on her part to us about things she wanted done or was asking for nor did she reply back to emails. Other than that I would recommend Team Guthman because Sue Ann and her assistant, Allison Johnson were very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us to obtain our vacation home. Every member of the team with whom I interfaced were very pleasant, friendly, and professional. Many things have changed since I last applied for a mortgage 30 years ago.
