Only one minor criticism of this mortgage process: Can the senior leader involved in the process on the Churchill Mortgage side send out an initial email when the process begins introducing all the team members who will be assisting the senior broker in the process? This aids cautious customers such as myself to discern if all emails coming from the Churchill team are legitimate in these uncertain times of hackers and wire fraud.
