Sue made sure that we complied with all underwriting requirements so that the process to refinance moved along quickly. She set a closing date and we made that date! She also locked in our rate and gave us peace of mind during a fluctuating market. Sue worked the loan for us. Our "cash out" loan was used to pay off the bills for our yearly improvements.
