It was for the most part a smooth transaction. The settlement company was concerned since the wiring instructions was only sent to me the last day before settlement. It was a last minute rush to get the money wired to them. I also did not appreciate how persistent it was to fill out this survey, I got 2 text and 2 emails to fill out this 30 second survey as if I have nothing better to do with my time than fill out surveys.
