Terrific, responded timely, and his whole staff was wonderful.
If I could give negative stars Dr. Ludwick would get plenty. He talks to you like your stupid. He is rude and inpatient. I just sat in my car and cried after I saw this ugly acting non professional. He spoke to me like I was not a paying customer. Dr. Ludwick walked into the room and instead of greeting me he said what is your problem? So I said hello how are you? He responded with fine. I wish i had read these reviews prior to my visit. They are all true. He is a bad doctor.
Terrible excuse for a doctor. He should be ashamed of himself. Please look elsewhere for a doctor that actually cares about helping patients.
This was my first visit to an ENT to try and pin point the cause of my vertigo. I explained my symptoms, frequency and length of time spent with dizziness, his response was that dizziness just doesn't last long, and I was wrong. Very rude and condescending in communication. I will not spend my money here again!
I visited regarding sinus congestion and post nasal drip, his examination was thorough, not finding anything amiss he prescribed me some very strong antibiotics for Bronchitis. His staff misreported the endoscopic procedure as "surgery" which resulted in a co-pay while the "office procedure" should have not cost me anything. They messed up faxing the prescription to the pharmacy and the only follow up call I got was them trying to sell me a sleep center visit.

Very arrogant staff not helpful. Would not take the time to get authorization from my insurance.This is what staff member said.We spent two days on this. We don't have the manpower or time to get approval from my insurance company.
