I was told the sleep study would cost me 3000 even though my deductible was 1500,so they had me sign a document stating it would only cost me 650 if i used there program ACA.I was also charged two visits of 120$. One for that day and one for when the sleep study was over, so he could go over the results.I had also been precharged for the 35$ for the first appt. that was supposed to be applied to the visit,didn't happen.After the study I went in and he basically told me what I already knew before the study. Rude doctor with awful bedside manners. Very full of himself. He says he is "teaching you" but it's really him inflating his own ego. At times felt like I was hearing a pitch from a used car salesman. There are too many other good ents in the city to subject yourself to his behavior!
One the worst office staff I have ever come across. Insist on charging before sleep study. Then turned out they were over charging above the insurance claims and no way you can get a refund. Call as many times as you want. For refund no one answers. First sleep study, office staff were answering my questions in a matter of hours. On second sleep study, their "in-office" lab changed the insurance status and apparently work at the sleep lab was on hold, the same staff didn't answer any of my 3 phone calls, and 2 emails and was... read more
He has a strong personality, alpha male. I didn't care for his bedside manners.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The Dr.himself is a very rude and arrogant individual.Personally I feel he's only in this line of business for the money! I will not return to this dr.office nor will I refer anyone here!Dr. Ludwick needs to learn to treat people how he would like to be treated.As far as his knowledge of medicine, he is very knowledgeable but what about respect?
