Horrible mangement ! Still runned by edith alvarez , the new landlord is exactly the same as her . You would expect having a new landlord who would make things better and treat women better . We have been displaced from the Jan 22/2024 flood and still no actual date when were going home . I believe as a community we need to come together . Its sad to see the employees leave good reviews like if theyre not the issue. And also have bot accounts leave reviews. A family member had a question about their rent and the manager told them they shouldn’t be asking questions they should just be paying. SAGE does not know how to hire proper personnel. They take advantage of all of their residents. Update: Don’t waste your time calling to “fix” the issue. Management is confrontational from the get go. I have the call recorded of how rude management is. Management is a joke. The apartments themselves are okay the issue is with the office. Management and staff are so rude and inhumane. If you could avoid this place like the plague. The mental stress management will put on you is not worth the location.

I live in these apartments been here my whole life. But our current management will argue with their residents instead of helping them. They all tell you different things, as if they’re not properly trained. The rent is cheap but the amount of rent you pay can not compare to the emotional distress the property manager and her staff give.
