What kind of a dentist would remove 4 front teeth on a child younger then 3 years?? Well this location did. Horrible!! This poor baby will have to go 4-5 years without any front teeth. Why would anyone think that is would be ok. The teeth wasn’t in horrible shape (only a chip on the corner of one.) We had asked them to cap only. So how did this happen ?? Poor communication with the parents! If this was only a cosmetic issue then why take four teeth. I just don’t understand.
RecommendedWe have had great cleaning visits with this office but yesterday was the first time my son had ever had any dental work done and they did take time to answer all his questions he asked (as any kid would be, he got anxious in the beginning before fillings and wanted all the questions answered twice). I apologized while Dr. Andy was leaving to see another patient then he was coming back but Jen was helping and made a annoyed face at him that I caught. I drove over an hour to my appointment which was canceled just because I didn't text a confirmation C. My phone was shut off and I couldn't text. I never got an email saying it was cancelled. I drove over an hour to my child's appointment which was given to someone else. My child missed school, I had to miss work all for nothing. They charge for missed appointments but I guarantee they don't loose money over any missed appointment. Ridiculous

RecommendedI've been taking my kids to them now for 4 years. Every time we go they are so patient with them. My children are both autistic so patience is very important. Very friendly, personable staff and Dr. Andy is great.

RecommendedMy daughter had a silver crown put on today. She got so upset and was crying through the procedure. Dr Andy and Mrs Jennifer were the absolute best with her!! They took their time with her, gave her breaks to calm down, and so patient. We always have a great experience but today they helped my little girl through a big deal to her!!! Highly recommend them!!!❤️
