I orders some prints last week. kept telling me the file was not clear. sent another one and they said you want this in purple. I advised all the prints are puple. I received an order and it was not my order. Now when i try to call they will not answer. They state they will speak with UPS but that was this am. Have not heard anything and they will not answer the phone. Its going on 1 week and no prints. I will not order from them again.
My original order the transfers looked like crap I submitted photos they re-printed and resent. I finally get the new order. They look better but they don’t transfer. I reached out to sumo transfers and now they ghosted me. I will not be doing business with them anymore, I recommend you go elsewhere
Non-existent customer service backed by an inferior product. I followed transfer instructions to a T, with a commercial grade iron and it only partially transferred the image, thereby ruining the sweatshirt. I reached out 3 days ago and have not heard back. I will not be ordering again.
Imperfections in transfer, does not work with a standard iron and non-existent customer service. Not recommended.
One of the most horrible Customer Service experience I’ve had I ordered the product over a week ago and I’d ordered it because they promised fast delivery over a week. I have not received the package and I’ve emailed the owner twice and he said it is not his problem to contact UPS. He said his job is to receive the orders and that is it. My first UV DTF order was terrible quality, however they did reprint it. The second order was also very large, even worse quality. No varnish on them and they were completely see through. I reached out and sent them pictures and videos as requested. They told me they'd reprint my order and have it over nighted. They didn't come the next day as promised so I called. They told me due to the printer having issues they didn't reprint my order but offered me 1/2 my money back. I now have $520 worth of prints I can't use because ... read more
