Print quality is terrible. They told me they'd reprint my order, but due to their machine being down they only offered me a partial refund. They know their printer is not up to par, but they won't refund my order so I can go somewhere else. I'm stuck with a $500 order that I cannot use. When you email them, they don't address every question. I have asked repeatedly if my order will be reprinted and they won't respond.
