The entire staff is awesome. I went in with severe abd pain. Michele (CT tech) & Jose (CT tech) made me feel at ease and reassured me that I will be taken care of. Her bedside manner was outstanding!!! The nurses, Crystal & Meldi, were also very comforting and professional. Dr. Lopez is amazing!!! He was caring and thorough. He heard my concerns and made sure that I got what I needed. Although, it was change of shift when I showed up, the night crew did not treat me like I was "bothering" them. I was in a car accident and went to Sun City ER. I was greeted warmly and professionally by the front office registration clerk. I did not have a wait time and was taken back immediately. The staff (Jose, Sandra and Dr. Mendoza) were very kind, courteous, professional and attentive. They took time to explain things to me and made me feel as comfortable as I could be. Coming in and not having to wait is always a plus. I've been to other places and had to wait among other people. It's frustrating. The service here is fantastic. It's courteous and professional.

The young lady at service desk was very helpful and very attentive..She helped me find the information i needed for my insurance..I am very she was able to get my papers in order..The Staff were very kind and caring. They treated me very well..Dr. Mendoza was very kind and explained in detail what my illness was..I am very happy and grateful with the service and treatment i received..Thank you..
