No wait time which was a wonderful surprise. Equipment is on site for needed tests. The staff is efficient, professional and above all caring. We have many choices when we get sick and need medical attention. This emergency care facility is my #1 choice.

I don't like hospitals, they're always dirty, smell bad and waiting time to be seen take forever. The 24 Hr. Sun City Emergency Room Hospital is not your normal 24 hour emergency room. It's a top quality fully equipped E.R. facility. I highly recommend it. I know you too will appreciate it as much as I do. My visit this past Saturday was due to a huge heavy chain with a large metal hook at the end of it falling on my top left lip and busting it wide open. I was seen my private doctor then an urgent care practitioner over past 4 days but was continuing to feel worse.I decided to go to an ER but dreaded the hours long wait so I went to Sun City ER and I am VERY happy that I did. The wait was nonexistent, they called me in before I even finished filling out registration forms. Very polite, professional and very quick. The staff on site was awesome communication between the staff and us was very good. Just wish there was a location in the northeast side of town. TWO THUMBS UP!
