Phil is a true professional. He knows the installation and gets the job done accurately and quickly! I highly recommend Phil and Lowes for interior shutters!
Phil was prompt, even early to accommodate me so I could pick up my kids from school on time. He was clean and wore shoe protectors on our carpet. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. I would recommend them for sure.
