Outstanding company and people working there are very courteous. Very satisfied. Darren my installer had the shutters up in less than 20 minutes.
They were on time and did the installation for 8 Windows in approximately 2 hours. The installer was courteous, competent and cleaned up any particles left from removing blinds. I would recommend them to others considering shutter.

Buyer beware…full of promises they don’t keep. Was asked to take down previous bad review which I did comply. Was told to be patient and they will call me after time change…why I have no clue? Shutters look horrible at night…look so very cheaply made ☹️uneven and not private which was a huge concern of mine before I bought them. They had so many issues with bay window and sliding door it was so surprising because it wasn’t an issue when they were at the home selling them to me or measuring! Where do I even begin…plantation style shutters throughout the home….do not close properly. Look absolute horrible at night from outside. The owner was nice and did come out…said they would be fixed and had to leave them open just a bit for more privacy. My main goal was complete privacy. Not aligned corrected so there are gaps you can see into so easily. The patio shutters are a joke and flimsy…they tried to fix them and didn’t even go to the top of wood trim so it shows…looks cheap. Absolutely! Easy to work with, got the job done correctly,and quickly.And,they kept the paperwork from the last time they worked here,so made it even easier to work with !
I have been using Sunburst Shutters for years. It started with one bathroom then became two others and my living room. They are friendly, give you an accurate time frame. They call you in advance of the delivery. I have never worked a company that makes it easy for you and the Customerservice is fantastic. Highly recommend this company. Great product!
