The rent is expensive and it goes up every year. My first year here my rent was $465, now it's $541 and this was only since 2016. THEY HAVE MICE DURING THE WINTER!!!!! I just feel that I'm paying too much money to be having these type of problems. The maintenance men are wonderful and very responsive but they can only put down mouse traps and nothing else. We feel that we’ve presented several viable options to make you feel more comfortable, including transferring to a new apartment at no cost. We did have exterminators in your apartment on Wednesday, 1/23, to set some traps in the apartment and attic of the building. Please note that they found some food refuse on the floor. Remember that keeping a tidy home will help resolve this issue more quickly.
RATS!! RATS!!! RATSSS!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WOOOORRRRRSSSSSTTT PLACE TO LIVE. The people that work in the office are oblivious and unprofessional. THE BUILDING I LIVE IN HAS HAD RATS FOR 2 MONTHS!!!!! However, they're still doing tours🤔 Signing this lease is like a life bond I feel unsafe they haven't done anything for the rats except put down 3 mice traps WE PAY $500+ per room and you can't get an Orkin man or your story straight. "We'll do everything we can to market your room for a lease takeover." No, you won't. Every single other room in the vacated apartment was filled except for mine, which is a lease takeover. Severely disappointed in Sunchase. Listen to the other 1 star reviewer who wrote a very in depth write up of the problems with this place.
