The worst ever, maintenance SUCKS !!!!! The response time to any incident is horrible. Don't waste your time !!!! I paid my rent in full before the end of my lease , turned in my keys. Now I have to wait over TWO MONTHS for the return of my deposit !!!! They must be in a dire situation to hold a student's for no other reason but policy, a policy not described in the lease .
Very disappointed in their website for it's lack of an accessibility filter. I'm paraplegic and looking for a new place to live but there's absolutely no web page designated for accessibility for disabled people. Please update your site, disabled people exist & we deserve to be able to search for places to live alongside our abled bodied peers.

I was really excited when I signed my lease with Sunchase. However that quickly changed the first month after moving in. My first tip: if you're going to move in, make sure you know all of your roommates. I got paired with 2 random guys and it was horrible. When I signed my lease, I was told that when roommate conflicts arose, there were endless options. Especially if hygiene issues happened in common areas or things that broke the lease. When I complained about my belongings getting ruined and the common areas getting trash... read more

Unfortunately, we are limited on what we can do in a roommate disagreement, but we always offer the option of an apartment transfer. We are a pet-friendly community, but do require dogs to remain on leashes outside of the dog park. We’re sorry to hear you had a poor experience.
