Very satisfied.
So far places we've stayed at have been very nice, clean. My only complaint so fat is last summer the place we stayed was accommodations for 6 people & we were only supplied with 4 pool passes. I feel we should have had 6
Excellent service start to finish.
I was hesitant and cautious as anyone would be comfortable my into see a presentation, but after seeing the business model and meeting with your amazing staff how could I not try out your company. I did not op for the big package but the year to year plan was a no brainer . Chris was such an amazing person to talk to and he was more than knowledgeable about the package .
Everyone we met with was really nice and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to purchase a package at this time and considered doing it in the future. While we were pleased with our experience, we have decided not to use are vacation voucher because of many reviews stating there are hidden fees costing several hundred dollars. Properties were pretty nice but availability is very limited. Outstanding situation for young adult professionals that don't have family commitments.
It was a pleasant experience using the Sundance facilities, last summer.

Thank you had a beautiful time with my family , but I'm not happy about a few things. Prices are going up on maintenance costs and it was supposed to be a set price. On some bulk vacations and prices did change . Also was hard to book no availability
