last vacation was in FL-- Marco Island. Unusual location but had nice pool, good personnel, plenty of clean towels. It was last February. dtc
Good time family
Very helpful when i plan on taking a vacation.
Usually everything is great, but when we went to Hawaii it wasn't as nice as we planned. Registration is TERRIBLE, our room was given to another couple and we had to move to another unit. When we arrived in the unit, it was disgusting. The patio door couldn't be locked, the overhead fans weren't working and we had to change shower heads. The party that is in charge at the Maui Banyan wouldn't even give us the satisfaction of coming face to face to fix the problems, we had to text him.

Great vacations at a good value. We have enjoyed more vacations at locations we did not initially plan just because we could. Enjoyed being able to cook a little, wash clothes and swim suits as needed (means you can pack less ), always a carefree vacation at desirable locations. Have questions of what to do, A representative was always available to help. We have given several trips to our daughters family. Which they have been delighted with. We have encouraged others to give it a try!

Your representatives are always friendly; Reserving and booking a vacation has always been with ease; Every customer service phone representative has been courteous and professional; and the wait time to speak to a representative is reasonably timed, but a mostly quick response. You feel like you're already on vacation during the phone call! lol! Oh! And the vacations themselves are incredible - the ones I have booked. My friends and I love Sundance Vacations!
