I attended an event back in November and was told about a giveaway for Sundance Vacations. I submitted my information and was given a call in January stating I received a prize. While setting up my appointment, I was told I had to attend a short presentation and was under no obligation to make any sort of purchases whatsoever. Presentation was good but i didn't purchase because the price wasn't good for me. They didn't have anything that feats my budget
We initially thought that this was a typical timeshare scam. We called and asked a barrage of questions about the vacation package that we supposedly 'won.' The agent on the phone answered all of our questions, and was convincing enough to get us to come to the DC office for an info session. I knew that we would have to sit through a presentation, but I felt no pressure to buy a vacation package.
