I appreciated that your team wasn't super pushy and really tried to work within my budget. Although the timing was wrong for me to invest at the moment due to some unexpected family circumstances, I would definitely consider it in the future and would recommend your company to friends and family. I'm very excited about my mini vacation as well so thank you for that!

The exception.of services was good..Something can be done to make client more prepared for the experience by hinting financial situation. So that clients are prepared to make a financial decision in a short period.
My husband and I enjoyed the presentation very much, but unfortunately we are not at a time financially that we could take advantage of the packages, although we do see the value. The representative was very friendly and very well informed of the vacation packages. She was not at all pushy.
Vacationing with TAN is easy and the accommodations are always great.
The young man who handled my paperwork was wonderful. Very friendly and easy to speak to. However the manager that came over to assist with wether I would be able to afford the packages was very indirect. I brought my mother along and he would direct all the questions to her as if she was the one who was called in. He kept huffing and puffing at the answers and just made me feel really uncomfortable to be there.
