alex greeted us right inside the door and was so friendly! he even went out of his way to get our children stuffed animals! he did a great job explaining the program to us! we then met eric who was just as friendly! he was so helpful in further explaining it to us! he was very nice and understanding when we said we were not interested

Thank you for accommodating us for our tardiness. The traffic was unfortunately unexpected. The presenter was amazing & she did a great job showing her passion for the company. The only part we did like (which had nothing to do with our sales lady) was the fact you're offering a wonderful package to "first time offers". This does not give opportunity for families to discuss such an investment which is u fortunate for all parties. Excellent with explaining; but, BE HONEST, in today's economy who has money lying around for a trip. People plan tris or can be impulsive. You should be more considerate of your demographics. My suggestion revamp your vacation savings plan.
